From Inconveniences to Excellence: Optimizing User Experience on YouTube
I led the redesign of Brisbay's website to address poor navigation, high bounce rates, and low engagement. By creating a modern, user-friendly interface with responsive design, we improved user experience, resulting in a 40% increase in engagement and a 30% reduction in bounce rates. This redesign significantly enhanced lead generation and positioned Brisbay ahead of its competitors.

The Problem
Youtube app has over 2.6Billion monthly users per month. But, the application lacks key features, affecting user privacy and customization, often neglecting user feedback for improvement.
The user experience of YouTube Shorts falls short in comparison to Instagram Reels due to its subpar user interface and limited features.
